40 All Natural Cold and Flu Remedies

It’s winter time, and it’s also cold and flu season.  Just wanted to put out a little reminder to do a bit of self-care to keeps yourself in tip-top shape.  If you are vital and strong, you are more likely to avoid getting sick.  But sometimes it’s inevitable, especially if you have little ones around. So, take a minute and check out this Ultimate Guide to All Natural Cold and Flu Remedies.

Prevention is best.  That’s why I included lots of posts on boosting immunity.  Remember the basics.  Get enough sleep.  (yes, I’m talking to myself here too!)  Eat nourishing foods like soups and stews made with real, homemade bone broths.  Make sure to get enough Vitamin D.  And slow down.  Winter time is a time of rest and hibernation.  Stay close to home.  Stay warm and cozy.  Conserve your energy.
