As the popularity of Paleo grows, more and more books are showing up on the market. And since many of you are interested in the Paleo lifestyle, I thought I would stop by today to share my Top 15 Paleo Resources.
I often get asked how I am continually coming up with new and creative recipes. I am going to confess to you all that I am a stalker. Yes, I have several favorite Paleo peeps that I stalk on Facebook, on their blogs, and in their books.
Living in a world of convenience foods that are loaded with unhealthy and nutrient-poor ingredients, I find that in order to eat a healthy, nutrient-dense diet, I have to cook all of my own foods. And in order to constantly stay inspired and motivated to continue cooking these foods, I have acquired quite the collection of drool-worthy cookbooks.
And today, I am going to share with you my favorite top 15 Paleo resources. I want to thank each and every author of these books for all the hard work and energy that goes into creating these books. Being a blogger myself, I know how much goes into developing a recipe, taking amazing photos, and editing the final result.
I love every one of these books and have found them invaluable in learning about real food eating and creating new and easy to prepare recipes. They are not listed in any particular order. And many of them come in both in digital and hard copy versions.
Enjoy! And happy cooking!
