The ULTIMATE Fish Taco Sauce (made with kefir)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup homemade plain kefir (or store-bought)
  • 2 TBS homemade mayonnaise (or store-bought)
  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • 2 TBS cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder (like this)
  • pinch of chipotle chili powder (like this)
  • pinch of sea salt (I use this one)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until well incorporated
  2. Serve and enjoy
  3. Store leftover sauce in fridge (for up to 3 days)
