OK, so it has been a VERY long time since I have eaten an actual everything bagel, but I can still remember the savory flavor when I smell one. Mmmmmmmm…….But now you can enjoy that same delicious flavor on just about anything that you can think of: eggs, toast, avocado, salads, chicken, popcorn. You name it. Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend seriously tastes good on EVERYTHING!!
I eat a pretty simple diet. Mostly organic, local veggies and good quality meats. I eat lots of eggs and chia pudding for breakfast. Not super exciting, but as I heal from years of dealing with a chronic illness, I want to keep it as healthy as possible. So condiments are my go-to to keep from getting bored with my food. I try to keep the fridge stocked with homemade mayonnaise, salad dressings, sauces, sauerkraut, and pesto.

I discovered this blend in a friend’s kitchen and am now obsessed with putting it it absolutely everything. I mean, how can you resist this combo?
- toasted sesame seeds
- poppy seeds
- minced garlic
- minced onion
It literally takes just a couple of minutes to throw this blend together. And the flavor of those dried minced onions is ridiculously good. You know what I’m talking about! I bet you can remember the taste of that Everything Bagel right now. Now you can have that same happy taste in your mouth minus the gluten bomb in your belly. You are going to love it.

Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend
- Prep Time: 2 min
- Cook Time: 3 min
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 1/3 cup
- Heat skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seeds and toast until lightly browned, stirring occasionally – about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Combine sesame seeds and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Store in airtight jar at room temperature.
