Dairy Free Ranch Dressing

  • 1 cup homemade mayonnaise (find recipe HERE)
  • 45 tbsp coconut milk (THIS is what I use)
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (like THIS)
  • 12 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Whisk all the ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust for amount of apple cider vinegar. Thin to desired consistency with additional milk. Store in air-tight glass jar for up to a week.


If you do not have fresh herbs on hand, you can substitute for 3/4 tsp dried parsley and 3/4 tsp dried dill and 1/2 tsp dried chives.
