  1. Process almonds and cashews in food processor into a coarse, chunky flour
  2. Set aside in a separate bowl
  3. Place dates, banana, and salt into processor and puree into smooth paste
  4. Add in nuts and pulse until well combined
  5. Roll into small balls with your hands
  6. Place coconut shreds onto small plate and roll each ball over shreds to coat
  7. Place in fridge to set, at least 2 hours
  8. Store on fridge, separating layers with parchment paper
  9. ENJOY!!!
