Here’s to dinner made easy!  No stress.  No big mess. Check out these 40 healthy one pot meals to get you in and out of the kitchen in a snap. 

You guys, I’m almost done.  I’ve been away in Mexico getting intensive treatment for a chronic health condition for over a month now. And I am looking forward to getting back to my family and my life. After a healing journey like this, I know I am going to need time to rest and recover.  And lots and lots of healthy, real food.

I know I’m not the only one who can use a little time-saving help in the kitchen.  This is a busy time of year, and I know meal time can get hectic. And who has time to wash countless pots and pans? This is where one pot meals come in. Just throw your ingredients into one pan or pot, and you’re good to go.  No fuss.  Easy peasy.

Sending lots of love from Mexico.  I’m already planning several delcicious recipes to share with you when I get back.  I’m seeing a ridiculus amount of holiday baking in my future, and I can’t wait!

    Savory Lotus, I am a single woman who hated the thought of cooking. After visiting your site I became inspired. It only took almost 42 years. I cooked the red curry chicken…delicious. I’m going for the turkey meat balls and the breakfast casserole. I’m not sure whT has come over me, but I’m loving these simple gluten free recipes. Thank you for your gift. I’m looking forward to the new recipes. You make cooking easy.
