Want a healthier alternative to traditional pasta? Need some gluten free inspiration? Take a look at these 45 easy ways to eat more vegetable noodles.Vegetable noodles are a fun and easy way to get more vegetables in your diet. And you can make them from just about anything. Zucchini noodles (called zoodles) can be seen all over Pinterest these days. And people are making noodles from sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots, and squash. You can even make noodles out of apples and pears. The possibilities are endless.
Vegetable noodles are so easy to make. I just upgraded my spiralizer to this 4 Blade Spiralizer Pro. I love how easy it is to use and how compact it is to store. You can also use a hand held spiralizer, vegetable peeler, or a julienne slicer. I would recommend using fresh, firm produce for the best results.
Need some inspiration? Check out these recipes from some of my blogger friends. There’s some really good ones in there. I’ve already got #7 and #32 on the meal plan for this week. Gotta get some use out of my new spiralizer.
Enjoy!

I love my spiralizer! It makes meals so much fun and I get so creative. With leftover pork roast from dinner last night added in, I spiralzed a few veggies and made fajitas today. Sprial veggies are so easy to add to fajitas. Great post – I’m sharing this on facebook and pinning it – Thanks so much for the ideas!
